The EuroMarine website and its individual members directory contain personal information (of a professional nature) about EuroMarine registered individual members, as current or former employees of one of the EuroMarine member organisations. As such, it has been declared to the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés; the independent French administrative regulatory body whose mission is to ensure that data privacy law is applied to the collection, storage, and use of personal data). In compliance with French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as later amended, you have the right to oppose (art. 26), access (art. 34 to 38), rectify (art. 36) or delete any piece of your personal data avaible online on this website.
